Frequently Asked Questions

The majority of our items ship out within one (1) business day. OroKing offers items that are made-to-order and special-order items, which can take 3 to 10 business days to process. Once your order is ready, it will be shipped out based on the method you selected. Please note that delivery time excludes processing time.

Example: If you place an order for an item that ships within 3 days (processing time) before 10am on a business day and select 2nd-Day Air shipping, the maximum time for delivery is 5 business days.

No. For security reasons, you cannot change the shipping address once your order is placed. If you need to update your address, please contact our Customer Service team to request a cancellation before your order ships, and then place a new order.

Your tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has shipped. You can also retrieve tracking information by logging into the “My Account” section at the top of our website. There, you can update account information, view past orders, and track current shipments.

Yes. OroKing offers a 30-day return/exchange policy for most items. Please see our Return Policy page for full details.

Yes, we engrave most rings available on our website. Laser engraving is available for most rings for a $25 charge. Rings with a width of 2mm or less cannot be engraved. We also engrave bracelets with ID plates and engravable pendants. Fonts offered: Block and Script.

Please note: All engraved items are non-returnable and non-refundable.

We do not ship internationally at this time. **We are working on expanding shipping options in the future.**

- Cashier’s Checks, Money Orders, and Wire Transfers (all must be drawn on a U.S. bank and cleared before shipping)

- Your bank may block jewelry purchases due to the high risk of fraud.
- You may have a fraud protection service enabled on your card.

Yes. For orders shipping within California, we charge **10.5% sales tax**. There is no sales tax for orders shipped outside of California. We also do not charge sales tax for resale buyers with a valid seller’s permit.

We recommend visiting a local jeweler to obtain your ring size. Keep in mind:
- Wider rings fit tighter than narrow rings.
- Comfort fit vs. standard fit can affect sizing.

OroKing does not make or design custom jewelry. However, we have access to a wide variety of styles and can often help you find what you are looking for. Please contact Customer Service for assistance.

No, OroKing does not currently offer price matching. However, we are confident that OroKing.com provides competitive prices and high-quality jewelry compared to other online retailers.

OroKing imports fine gold jewelry directly from some of the largest and most reputable manufacturers worldwide. By cutting out unnecessary overhead (such as multiple storefronts and middlemen), we are able to pass savings directly to you.

Yes. All OroKing jewelry advertised as 10K, 14K, or 18K is made with genuine gold and manufactured to strict quality standards. Non-plated gold jewelry is stamped with a hallmark to indicate purity (10K, 14K, 18K). Our items come from the U.S., Italy, Turkey, Korea, and other renowned gold sources.

OroKing does not sell gold-plated, overlay, or filled jewelry unless clearly stated.

Yes. All OroKing diamonds are conflict free. We only work with vendors and suppliers who follow the Kimberley Process.

1. Use our Width Guide (dimes and nickels comparison) available in the Item Information section.
2. Convert millimeters to inches by multiplying by 0.039. Example: 5mm = ~0.197 inches (~1/5 inch).

No. OroKing lists approximate weights and dimensions, accurate within ±10%.

Only 1 promotional code can be used per order per customer. Promotional codes are valid for one-time use and cannot be applied to prior orders. Codes must be entered at checkout. Discounts apply before shipping and taxes. Some promotions may have additional restrictions (e.g., maximum credit value).
