Return Policy
We offer a simple, 30-day return policy. While we stand behind the products we offer, we want to ensure that our customers are satisfied. Return or exchange any unaltered, unworn item in original condition within 30 days from the date of receipt of your original order for a full refund excluding shipping fees. We will ACCEPT any of the following items to be exchanged or returned:
- Jewelry items 30 days before original delivery date.
- Jewelry items with no signs of wear or mistreatment.
- Jewelry items with no alterations.
- Jewelry items with no special/custom orders including engravings or custom sizes.
*Please note: Some custom brand-named manufactured items may have a restocking fee. Items with a restocking fee will be noted in all caps in the item description. Refunds exclude shipping fees.
We will REFUSE any of the following items to be exchanged or returned:
- Jewelry items exhibit signs of wear, alteration, or mistreatment.
- Jewelry items with Special/Custom orders which include engraved items or custom sizes or any alterations.
- Any returns or exchanges 30 days after original delivery date.
- Any package delivered to us without an RMA# (Return Material Authorization).
Special Note On Exchanges
Exchanges can only be made within 30 days from the date of receipt of the original purchase only. An exchange does not extend an additional 30-day return policy. If you wish to make any further exchanges to any exchanged item, you must complete this transaction within these 30 days.
How To Return/exchange Your Order
1. All Returns and Exchanges are handled through our Returns & Exchanges Department. You can contact us by email: Sales@OroKing.com. To make an exchange or return by phone, call toll free at (800) 467-6145 during business hours (Monday to Friday 9:00am - 3:00pm Pacific Time. Closed on major US holidays). To make an exchange or return by email, send an email to Sales@OroKing.com., and be sure to include the following details:
- Name (first and last) on the order
- Order number
- Daytime phone
When you call or email regarding your return or exchange, you will be given an RMA# (Return Material Authorization) and further mailing instructions. RMA# are only given to orders that fall within our 30-Day Return/Exchange Policy.
2. Write the RMA# on the OUTSIDE of your jewelry item package before it is shipped to us. We will refuse and not process any return or exchange package without a visible RMA#.
3. Send the package through any carrier of your choice. We HIGHLY recommend that you insure your package for the total amount of purchase price plus shipping because OroKing is not responsible for any loss or damage that occurs with items that are shipped back to us to be processed as a return or exchange.
FOR SECURITY REASONS, do not write OroKing.com, or other jewelry-related words on your return/exchange package. Address the package to “Return Department”. Also, do not disclose the contents when insuring the package. Customer pays for shipping fees when returning or exchanging items.
4. You will be notified once we receive your jewelry exchange or return.
It is important to process your Return and Exchange correctly and promptly, so please contact us soon as possible and within 30 days of when you get your order delivered.
