Shipping Policy

**Processing Cut-Off Time:**

Orders placed before 10:00 AM Pacific Time (PT), Monday through Friday (excluding major U.S. holidays), will typically ship within 24 hours if the items are in stock. Orders placed on weekends, holidays, or after 10:00 AM PT will be processed the next business day. Once your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking information. You can track your shipment directly from our website by clicking on 'Order Tracking' in your account or the link in your email.

Domestic Shipping Methods

If you live within the contiguous 48 United States, choose from the following options:

Ground shipping will be shipped via UPS Ground Services. Priority Shipping may be shipped using UPS Priority or FedEx Air, at our discretion.

Adult Signature:

Next-Day Air shipments require an adult signature upon delivery. Priority and Ground orders may also require an adult signature.

Delivery time is the estimated number of days for your order to arrive after it is processed and shipped. Priority Shipping delivery time is generally 2–3 business days, but not guaranteed. Some items are made-to-order, which may take up to 10 days to process. Please check the processing time listed under the Availability section of the product page. Delivery time excludes processing time.

Future Shipping Options

At this time, OroKing does not ship internationally. We are working on expanding shipping options, including international shipping, in the future.
